RETURNS & REFUNDS

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are committed to providing a solution that meets your needs. Please contact us to discuss a replacement or alternative option.

  • Return Window: Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
  • Return Method: To return a product, please ship it back to us in its original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. you must cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will refund the shipping cost to you or provide a store credit for the amount.
  • Return Policy: We accept return for the below reason:
  1. Defective Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@watchesofamerica.com within 30 days of delivery. We will ask you to return the product to us, and once we receive it, we will promptly send you a replacement product to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you prefer a refund, we will gladly issue a full refund.
  • Item Condition: Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Process:

To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service when shipping the product back to us. Upon receipt of the product, we will examine it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.


Late or Missing Refunds:

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, and the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Invalid Reasons:

We cannot honor returns for the following reasons:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items: The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else: Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  3. Buyer ordered the wrong product or size: Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Contact our customer support team immediately if you need assistance, but please note that we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations once an order has been processed.
  4. Your package arrived too late: We understand that timely delivery is important, and we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, there may be rare occasions where unexpected delays occur in the shipping process. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for such delays and cannot accept returns.
  5. Unwanted gift: We understand that gifts can be a challenging task, and sometimes the recipient's preferences may not align with your expectations. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased as gifts and later found to be unwanted or disliked. We advise customers to carefully consider the recipient's tastes and preferences before making a purchase to avoid disappointment.

 

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your purchase, and we are happy to accommodate such requests. However, please note that there will be a restocking fee of $40 that applies to all exchanges. To ensure a smooth exchange process, we kindly request that the exchanged item be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Additionally, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the item being exchanged.

You are eligible for a FREE exchange if there is a defect in the watch mechanism. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, please contact us on info@watchesofamerica.com and we will do our best to help you out.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Bands, straps, bracelets, batteries, glass, exposed crystals and other embellishments.
  • Damage (including water damage) as a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear.
